Many working people have difficulty in finding the time to frequent Yoga classes due to their busy work schedules. Yoga at home stems from the need many have of being guided in the practice in the comfort of their own homes. All that is required is an open space or room that is quiet and not heavily frequented by other people. I take care of preparing the room with incense of various kinds and of bringing the most appropriate music. The sessions are organized according to the needs and requirements of the student and are planned each month with a flexible schedule based on the results obtained. The maximum number of students allowed per session is 4.
