Open air yoga
With summer comes the desire to spend more time outdoors, possibly taking the opportunity to
practice yoga out on a balcony, facing the sea or on a beach, in order to do asanas and improve flexibility and strength but to most of all
enjoy the benefits of prana penetrating every cell in our body.
When practicing yoga outdoors you feel at one with all that surrounds you and the energy that arises from this experience provides a feeling of euforia and gives you a feeling of peace and well being. We organize two daily outdoor Yoga sessions on a terrace overlooking the sea in Acitrezza.
One is held in the morning and the other in the afternoon, both include pranayama with a special
emphasis on the asanas. Both sessions conclude with a brief 15 minute meditation or the singing of mantras.
Upon request special theme dinners are also organized.
