The Charging execrcise a wonderful system of exercises created by Paramhansa Yogananda, and his personal contribution to the science of yoga. Are based oa ncient teachings and eternal truth. One such truth is that the whole universe Physical - including humans - is surrounded from cosmic, and is made of this energy.

The exercises are charging half the will to use, with knowledge energy, to bring the cosmic energy in the body in a conscious way.
